"Blood Hands" is a 1990 action film directed by Teddy Chiu. 

 The story follows Steve Callahan, a young kickboxer portrayed by Sean P. Donahue, who returns home to find his parents have been brutalized by a gang of martial artists. 

 When the police are unable to find any leads, Steve embarks on a mission for justice, utilizing his kickboxing skills to confront those responsible. 

The film also features performances by Ned Hourani as James and Christine Landson as Tracy.
